The company produces and exports various fluid sealing products and materials. Polytetrafluoroethylene (commonly known as plastic king) has excellent comprehensive properties such as corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, aging resistance, high insulation, high lubrication, non-adhesion, etc., and is widely used in aviation, chemical, electronics, machinery and other industries. The white and black combined seal ring is used for ISO-TANK (international standard container, referred to as tank box, mainly used for the transportation of dangerous chemicals) tank mouth seal. The sealing ring used in the tank is divided into ordinary sealing ring and super sealing ring, commonly known as white and black (that is, white and black combined sealing ring). Domestic and foreign fluorine-coated D-type sealing rings are joint products, and the tetrafluoroethylene joint part is damaged by the sodium layer during high-temperature melting, which directly affects the adhesion between the tetrafluoroethylene film and the rubber body. In addition, the parting surface of the product mold is on both sides of the sealing ring, so the inner ring of the product inevitably appears the parting surface flash, which not only affects the appearance of the product. ETFE has good formability, balanced physical properties, good mechanical toughness, and excellent ray resistance. The material has the corrosion resistanceof PTFE, overcoming the non-stick and sexual defects of PTFE on metals, and its average linear expansion coefficient is close to the linear expansion coefficient of carbon steel, making ETFE (F-40) an ideal composite material for metals.
